Functional Fitness Programs begin with a very detailed assessment of one's body where such things as muscle balance, core stability, functional movement analysis, strength, and posture are evaluated. The assessment data is then blended with the client's specific goals in the scientific yet artistic design of their fitness program. With this precision, each client is given the exact exercises and stretches within their program that they require in order to achieve their goal.

JP's precise prescription of Functional Exercise (you maintain your own balance as opposed to a machine supporting you), Swiss Ball Exercises, Corrective Exercise, Meditative Exercises, Strength & Conditioning, and Specific Stretching, all depending on a client's goals and assessment data, have propelled many to accomplish dramatic transformations in their health and fitness.
Frequent re-assessments and on going training ensures that a client's program is continually progressed and updated in order to keep in stride with the improvements they achieve.
Holistic Emotional Healing
Holistic emotional healing sessions offer us an opportunity to discover hidden emotional imbalances within that keep us blocked in our lives, health, and happiness. JP's purpose during these sessions is NOT to give advice, but rather to facilitate the reconnection of a person with their own source of wisdom from within. By discovering hidden parts of ourselves that have come to be out of balance, we are able to heal and rebalance ourselves allowing new realizations of inner peace.

Nutrition Coaching
Each of us can be as unique in our food and nutrient requirements as we are unique with our fingerprints. Through an important system called Metabolic Typing, JP tests each client to identify what foods, nutrients, and ratios of protein, fat, and carbohydrates their unique body needs. Coaching sessions then empower each client to learn about their unique requirements and how to integrate them into their life, for life.
